Voting Power
1 Orc = 1 vote. The more Orcs you hold, the more votes you have. Transfer protection prevents the same Orc from voting twice, even if moved to another wallet.
Creating Proposals
You must hold at least 3 Orcs to create a proposal, and you can only create one proposal per week. Choose your proposals wisely.
Voting Period
Proposals run for 24, 48, or 72 hours. A quorum of 33 votes (~10% of all Orcs) is required for a valid result.
Results
If quorum is met, the majority wins (Passed or Rejected). If quorum is not met, the proposal expires. All results are advisory — they do not auto-execute.
What Can Be Proposed
Community initiatives, treasury spending, partnerships, new tools or features, marketing ideas, and changes to DAO rules.
What Cannot Be Proposed
Anything illegal, proposals that override the main MidEvils project, personal attacks or doxxing, or proposals designed to benefit a single holder at the expense of others.
This is a SubDAO. Passed proposals serve as a signal of community consensus and are carried out by the multisig treasury at its discretion.
